Get to know a little bit more about Buckboard

General

Buckboard is Deer Designer’s new platform where you can manage all your design requests and subscriptions in one place. It replaces the tools we used before, like your main Dash and Freshdesk, bringing everything together for a smoother experience.

No setup is required. If you’re an active client, you should have received an email invitation to log in for the first time and set your password. If you didn’t receive your invite, send an email to help@deerdesigner.com and we’ll get this sorted for you.

We built Buckboard to make things faster, more reliable, and easier to track. It allows you to see progress, leave comments, download files, and manage your subscription all in one dashboard.

Yes. All your requests are being migrated to Buckboard. You’ll still have access to Freshdesk if you need to check old requests that were not migrated yet.

Access and login

Go to app.deerdesigner.com and log in using your registered email address.

Yes! Each team member can have their own login.

Try resetting your password first. If that doesn’t work, contact us at support@deerdesigner.com.

Click Forgot password? on the login screen, and you’ll receive an email to create a new one.

Requests and Workflow

Click the Request a Design button on your Buckboard dashboard. Fill out the form with details, files, and links so the team can get started.

  • In the pipeline: Your new request or comment has been received and is waiting to be picked up by the design team.
  • In progress: The design team is currently working on it.
  • Waiting for feedback: The completed design has been delivered to you, and we’re waiting for your comments or approval.
  • Waiting for feedback – in progress: An update has been delivered, and the team will continue working on it the next day.

Yes, you can upload attachments and links to any request or comment.

Each request shows its current status inside the requests page.

You can comment directly on the request page or annotate directly on the designs.

Notifications and Communication

Yes. You’ll receive emails every time there’s a new message or update in your requests.

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see them, let us know and we’ll look into it.

Yes, you can reply to the email, and your message will automatically appear in Buckboard.

Files and Deliverables

All final files are attached directly to the request where they were delivered. You’ll see a “files” tab inside each request.

Yes, all your requests are going to be migrated to Buckboard.

Just click the file name or the download icon beside it.

Billing

No, your plan and billing cycle remain the same.

Yes, the same options apply. You can pause anytime and return within three months to keep your files. You can manage that on the billing section inside Buckboard.
