How long does it take to have a custom logo design made?

How many logo designs can I get done per month?
You can request as many logo design tasks as you need (unlimited), but the number of logo designs you’ll get back depends on the complexity of each request and how fast you can give feedback on them. Different clients get different amounts of work done.
Simple logo requests can take a few hours, for example. But the entire process will take more time if you take a long time to evaluate and provide feedback on the revisions. We want to work as a team!
No matter how many logo requests you need, as long as there’s a design task on your queue, your designer will be working on them every day. You will also receive daily updates, even if the request is still in progress. We guarantee complete transparency and honesty in all our communication.
Can I get more design work at the same time?

Yes, you can use the service for as many brands or companies as you need. Most of our clients are Web or Marketing agencies, which means we work with multiple brands for each of them on a daily basis and we keep all their logos, brand guides and history so you don’t have to keep explaining their preferences every time you send in a new design task.
Can I speak directly to the designer?
When you send a logo design request or a question, your designer, your account manager, and your QA discuss it as a team, but the communication flows through the account manager, so your designer can dedicate 100% of their time to being creative and working on your logo design.
That’s also handy, so whenever your designer is taking a day off, your account manager can get you a backup designer without interrupting the flow.
Can I edit the designs myself?
You’re paying for a logo design service, so you don’t have to touch a design app ever again! Having said that, sometimes you might want to tweak it without having to wait. That’s why we always send you editable layered files in case you want to make changes yourself.
If you make changes to the file, please make sure to send it back to your account manager so we always have the latest updated file in case you need revisions in the future.
