  3. Saying no doesn’t have to be a buzzkill. Offer them alternatives that still get the job done. Show them you’re here to help within your capacity, even if Plan A isn’t in the cards.
  4. Keep it cool, my friend! No matter how sticky the situation, stay pro and polite. Emotions can stir things up, and you want to keep things smooth sailing to be professional.
